About the Winery

Located in Mamoiada in the Barbagia region of central Sardinia, Cantina Dessolis is a small organic winery cultivating two vineyards of 50 and 20 years respectively across two hectares. Led by Stefano Dessolis, the estate produces 'Dóvaru,' a pure Cannonau red wine made with spontaneous fermentation in chestnut and oak barrels, reflecting the ancient winemaking traditions of this high-altitude granite terroir.
