About the Winery
Founded in 2005 in Usini but rooted in over 60 years of family viticultural tradition, Azienda Vitivinicola Chessa spans 20 hectares in the Coros hills of northern Sardinia. Led by Giovanna Chessa, the estate has achieved international acclaim for its Cagnulari, which won 'Best in Show' at the Decanter World Wine Awards 2022, and also produces the award-winning Mattariga Vermentino and other indigenous varieties.
