About the Winery

d'Araprì is Puglia's only winery dedicated exclusively to producing Metodo Classico sparkling wines, founded in 1979 in San Severo by three friends — Girolamo D'Amico, Louis Rapini, and Ulrico Priore — whose surnames form the brand name. The estate champions the indigenous Bombino Bianco grape alongside Pinot Nero and Montepulciano, aging its wines in a historic 17th-century underground cellar where thousands of bottles rest for a minimum of 24 months before manual disgorgement.
