I Vini di Montemarcuccio is a boutique winery in Cisternino, in the Valle d'Itria, founded in 1999 and cultivating nine hectares of vineyards to produce around 20,000 bottles annually. The estate specializes in rare indigenous varieties including Verdeca, Ottavianello, Bianco d'Alessano, and Minutolo, crafting distinctive Valle d'Itria IGP wines that showcase the unique white soils and elevation of the Itria Valley.
