About the Winery

Tormaresca, owned by the Antinori family since 1998, is the only wine producer with estates in both of Puglia's most renowned wine regions — Castel del Monte DOC and Salento — cultivating indigenous grapes like Primitivo, Negroamaro, Fiano, and Aglianico. Under the guidance of celebrated winemaker Renzo Cotarella, the winery has been a driving force in Puglia's modern wine renaissance, pioneering innovative techniques while honoring the region's ancient Greek winemaking heritage.
