About the Winery

Cosimo Taurino founded his eponymous estate in 1970 in Guagnano, Lecce, pioneering estate-bottled quality wine in a region previously known for bulk production. The 100-hectare property, now run by Cosimo's wife Rita and daughter Rosanna, is celebrated for benchmark Negroamaro wines including Notarpanaro and Patriglione from 80-year-old alberello-trained vines.
