Cantine Paololeo is a historic winery in San Donaci, Salento, founded in 1989 by Paolo Leo, now in its fifth generation of family winemaking. The estate manages over 70 hectares of vineyards within the Salice Salentino DOC and Primitivo di Manduria zones, producing acclaimed wines like Orfeo Negroamaro and Passo del Cardinale Primitivo with a focus on organic viticulture.
