About the Winery
Cantina Pantun is a small organic winery founded in 2000 by Jutta and Mimmo in the hills of Mottola, Taranto, on 8 hectares of red clay and calcareous soil. The estate practices synergistic agriculture and minimal-intervention winemaking, producing natural wines mainly from Primitivo and a small vineyard of Greco Bianco, an endangered local grape.
