About the Winery

I Pàstini is a small family-run winery founded in 1996 in the Valle d'Itria between Locorotondo and Martina Franca. Over 18 hectares, the Carparelli family has recovered ancient indigenous varieties like Minutolo, Verdeca, and Susumaniello from near-extinction, producing organic wines that express the white wine character of this limestone plateau.
