About the Winery

Giovanni Aiello is a boutique winemaker in the Valle d'Itria between Castellana Grotte and Alberobello, whose Chakra line features hand-painted labels inspired by Puglia's essential landscapes. After studying enology in Veneto and Friuli and working in California and Australia, Aiello returned home to craft wines that express the unique karst terroir of the Murgia dei Trulli.
