De Quarto Vitivinicoltori is a third-generation family winery in Lizzano, Taranto, on the Ionian coast of Salento, managed by Antonio De Quarto. The 20-hectare estate practices organic viticulture on red calcareous soils, cultivating Primitivo, Negroamaro, and Fiano with minimal intervention to express the authentic flavors of this ancient Magna Graecia winemaking land.
