Crifo (Cantina di Ruvo di Puglia) is a cooperative founded in 1960 that has grown into one of southern Italy's most important wineries, with over 400 members cultivating more than 1,000 hectares. The name derives from 'Cantina della Riforma Fondiaria,' and the winery is the absolute leader in Nero di Troia production in the Castel del Monte DOCG zone.
