Cantine Le Grotte was founded in 2014 in Apricena, Foggia, as part of the Franco Dell'Erba Group, reviving centuries-old winemaking traditions. Located near the Gargano on calcareous mineral-rich soils, the 60-hectare estate produces wines from native varieties including Nero di Troia, Primitivo, and Falanghina.
