About the Winery

Apollonio is a historic family winery founded in 1870 by Noè Apollonio in Monteroni di Lecce, in the heart of the Salento peninsula, earning the title of Historic Company of Italy. Now in its fourth generation under brothers Marcello and Massimiliano, the estate produces wines exclusively from indigenous Salento grape varieties, primarily Negroamaro and Primitivo, exported worldwide as a brand synonymous with quality and reliability.
