About the Winery

Uvamatris is a family winery in Sala Monferrato, in the heart of the Casalese Monferrato, founded in the 1970s when Mario Ronchi acquired Cascina San Pietro and now led by grandson Gabriele Ronchi. The estate cultivates 6 hectares with 4 planted to vineyards, producing Barbera Monferrato Superiore DOCG, Nebbiolo, Chardonnay, and Metodo Classico sparkling wines from 100% Nebbiolo, with a focus on sustainable and respectful viticulture.
