About the Winery

Travaglini Giancarlo is the historic Gattinara winery founded by Clemente Travaglini in the 1920s and carried forward by his son Giancarlo from 1958, who introduced groundbreaking quality initiatives and designed the estate's iconic curved bottle. Today Cinzia Travaglini and her husband Massimo Collauto continue the family legacy, crafting Gattinara DOCG, Riserva, and Nebbiolo Coste della Sesia DOC from 59 hectares representing half of the Gattinara appellation.
