About the Winery

Roberto Crosio founded Cantine Crosio in 2000 in Candia Canavese, northern Piemonte, after receiving his first vineyard as a gift from his parents, who run the Michelin-starred Gardenia restaurant in Caluso. The estate focuses on Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG crafted from 10 hectares of hand-tended pergola-trained vines grown on glacial morainic soils, alongside Canavese Rosso from Barbera and Nebbiolo, and a Metodo Classico sparkling wine aged up to 80 months on lees.
