About the Winery

Poderi Cellario is a family-run estate in the southern Langhe of Piemonte, managed by Fausto and Cinzia Cellario, who cultivate 13 hectares of vineyards and hazelnut groves on calcareous soils. Known as 'Dolcetto specialists,' they are passionate about forgotten grape varieties and produce spontaneous-fermentation wines using biodynamic practices, including horn manure and horn silica preparations.
