About the Winery

Located in Novello, one of the four villages permitted to produce Barolo DOCG, Merendasinoira is a small winery created by four friends who renovated a historic cellar to craft wines using contemporary techniques while respecting tradition. The estate produces classic Langhe wines with a focus on balance, elegance, and conviviality, reflecting the unique terroir of this village situated at the highest altitude in the Barolo zone.
