About the Winery

Founded by Swiss-born Christoph Kunzli in the early 1990s, Le Piane is located in Boca, one of Piemonte's historic but nearly forgotten wine regions within the Parco Naturale Monte Fenera. The estate is dedicated to reviving the indigenous Nebbiolo (Spanna), Vespolina, and Croatina varieties from ancient vineyards, producing wines of unmistakable character that are concentrated yet elegant, complex, and remarkably long-lived.
