Il Poggio di Gavi is a boutique winery and resort in Gavi, Piedmont, founded in 2004 by Francesca Poggio on the historic Rovereto hill in the heart of the Gavi DOCG zone. The estate produces over 33,000 bottles annually of certified organic Cortese-based wines, including their signature Gavi del Comune di Gavi, with a deep commitment to sustainability and terroir expression from their sandy-clay soils.
