About the Winery
Azienda Agricola Gallo is a historic family estate in Montabone, in the Alta Langa hills of southern Piedmont, cultivating approximately 20 hectares of vineyards at 320-350 meters above sea level. Since the early 1900s, the Gallo family has produced a diverse range of wines including Moscato d'Asti, Brachetto d'Acqui, Barbera d'Asti, and Alta Langa DOCG sparkling wine from their terraced vineyards planted on marl and sandstone soils within the UNESCO World Heritage Buffer Zone.
