About the Winery

Frea is a family winery in Montaldo Roero, in the Roero hills of Piedmont, run by brothers Lorenzo and Giovanni Frea from their estate in the San Rocco hamlet. Since a pivotal turning point in 2002, the winery has grown steadily, producing Roero Arneis, Roero DOCG, and other local varieties from favorable soil and climatic conditions combined with technological investment and passionate winemaking.
