Fiordaliso is a small, innovative winery in Volpeglino, in the Tortona hills of Piedmont, founded in 2013 by Alessandro Bressan who cultivates 6 hectares with a focus on Timorasso, Barbera, and Croatina. The estate produces distinctive wines through spontaneous fermentations without clarification or filtration, practicing low-impact viticulture that expresses the unique terroir of the Colli Tortonesi.
