About the Winery

Cascina Paladin is a small family winery in Canale, Piedmont, managed by Davide Deltetto across 2.5 hectares of vineyards in the Roero zone. The estate produces approximately 4,000 bottles annually, including Roero DOCG, Roero Arneis 'Carlin,' and Roero Riserva, with wines aged in stainless steel followed by small oak barrels, showcasing the elegance and complexity that the Roero's sandy-calcareous soils impart to Nebbiolo and Arneis.
