About the Winery

Cascina Giambolino is a historic family farm in Carbonara Scrivia, in the Colli Tortonesi area of southeastern Piedmont, spanning approximately 50 hectares with vineyards, forage, and cereals that feed the farm's Piedmontese cattle and pigs. The estate produces wines from indigenous varieties including Derthona Timorasso, Barbera, Croatina, and Cortese, alongside artisanal cured meats such as the renowned Salame Nobile del Giarolo, offering an integrated farm-to-table experience that celebrates the agricultural traditions of the Tortona hills.
