About the Winery

Cascina Corte is a small organic winery in Dogliani, Piedmont, founded in 2002 by Sandro Barosi and Amalia Battaglia with the goal of producing wine in complete harmony with nature. Certified organic since 2005 and spanning 8 hectares with some Dolcetto vines dating to 1946, the estate crafts Dogliani DOCG, Barolo DOCG, and a range of amphora-aged wines including Nascetta and Nebbiolo, employing spontaneous fermentation without added yeasts, no filtration, and minimal sulfites.
