About the Winery

Cantina dei Produttori Nebbiolo di Carema is a historic cooperative winery founded in 1960 by 10 local growers in the tiny Carema zone of northern Piedmont, now counting approximately 101 members across just 13 hectares of heroic mountain vineyards. The cooperative produces Carema DOC and Carema Riserva DOC from Nebbiolo grown on terraced vineyards supported by traditional stone pillars and wooden pergolas called 'tòpie,' crafting ethereal wines praised by Mario Soldati and recognized as a Slow Food Presidium since 2014.
