Cantina Tomaso Gianolio is a small family-run winery in Fossano, Piedmont, founded in 1963 and continuing a legacy that began as the house wine of the famous Trattoria del Cannone D'Oro in the 1920s. Today, brothers Davide and Igor Gianolio craft a focused range including Barolo, Barbaresco, Nebbiolo d'Alba, and Barbera d'Alba, working closely with grape growers to ensure quality and applying meticulous attention to traditional winemaking techniques.
