Cantina Delsignore is a winery in Gattinara, Piedmont, producing Gattinara DOCG, one of the most prestigious expressions of Nebbiolo in northern Piedmont. The estate crafts wines from the volcanic-porphyry soils of the Gattinara zone, where the cooler Alpine climate gives Nebbiolo wines of elegance, finesse, and notable aging potential.
