About the Winery
Cascina Boccaccio is a small family-run organic winery in Tagliolo Monferrato, founded in 1875 by Celso Boccaccio and now managed by Roberto Porciello and Ileana Boccaccio. The 7-hectare estate specializes in Dolcetto di Ovada DOCG, the flagship grape of the area, along with Barbera, Pinot Bianco, and Cortese, crafting tactile, warm, and energetic wines from limestone and clay soils in a historic cellar featuring a traditional underground infernot carved into rock.
