Busso
About the Winery
Busso, also known as Piero Busso, is a historic family winery in Neive, in the Barbaresco zone, founded in the 1950s by Guido Busso and now run by his grandson Pierguido. The 10-hectare estate, certified organic, produces profound yet approachable Barbaresco wines from four crus including Albesani, Mondino, Gallina, and San Stunet, with traditional long macerations up to 60 days and aging in large Slavonian oak barrels, along with elegant old-vine Barbera d'Alba.
