Borgogno Rivata S.s.a.
About the Winery
Borgogno Rivata is a young family winery founded in 2010 in La Morra, at the intersection of Langhe and Roero, by brothers-in-law Alberto Borgogno and Massimo Rivata. The estate's 6 hectares of vineyards are tended without chemicals by Samuele Fontanone, producing organic Barolo, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, Barbera, Arneis, and distinctive wines from the local Pelaverga grape, all vinified with indigenous yeasts and minimal intervention by winemaker Giovanni Mingolla.
