About the Winery

Bes (Balocco e Scheda) is a certified organic winery in Treville, Monferrato, whose name playfully stands for both the founders' surnames and 'Bere e Sognare' (Drink and Dream). The estate manages 3.5-4 hectares of vineyards at 250 meters altitude, cultivating indigenous varieties including Barbera, Grignolino, Freisa, and the rare Baratuciat. Their wines are vinified with spontaneous fermentations and aged in steel and cement, producing approximately 18,000 bottles annually of authentic, naturally made Monferrato wines.
