Bersano
About the Winery
Bersano is one of Piedmont's most historic wineries, founded in 1907 by Arturo Bersano in Nizza Monferrato, now holding the largest vineyard estate in the region with 230 hectares across 10 farmsteads. The Massimelli family has stewarded the estate since 1985, producing an extensive range including Barolo DOCG (Cannubi and Badarina crus), Nizza DOCG, Ruché di Castagnole Monferrato DOCG, and Moscato d'Asti. Their commitment to preserving agricultural culture extends to museums of farming heritage, making Bersano a guardian of Piedmontese wine traditions exported to over 40 countries.
