About the Winery

The Bava family has cultivated vines in Cocconato, Monferrato Astigiano, since 1600, and built their first cellar in 1911, with six generations producing wine over more than a century. Today the estate spans 50 hectares of sustainably farmed vineyards and 20 hectares of natural fields across Monferrato and Langa. They are renowned for their exceptional Barbera wines, pioneering the use of barriques since 1975, and produce a comprehensive range including Barolo, Barbaresco, Moscato d'Asti, and Alta Langa sparkling wines.
