Battaglio-Briccogrilli
About the Winery
Battaglio-Briccogrilli is a family winery in Vezza d'Alba, in the heart of Roero, with vineyards also in the renowned Serragrilli cru of Neive for Barbaresco production. The estate traces its winemaking roots to grandfather Giovanni, known as 'Giuanin d'la Funtana,' who began making and selling wine after World War II. Today the Battaglio family produces Roero DOCG, Barbaresco DOCG Serragrilli Riserva, Nebbiolo, Dolcetto, and Arneis, welcoming visitors to their historic cellar in this land of wines and white truffles.
