About the Winery

Le Marie is a small family cellar in Barge, Pinerolese, western Piedmont, run by Valerio Raviolo with his wife Luigina and children Daniele and Simona. Their 10 hectares of organically farmed vineyards sit at 400-450 meters on red schist soils rich in rare minerals, cultivating indigenous varieties up to 100 years old. The estate is one of the few producers of the ancient Malvasia Moscata grape, and their wines express the distinct purity of this marginal alpine climate with power, minerality, and bright acidity.
