About the Winery

The Giacomo Fenocchio estate traces its origins to 1840 in Monforte d'Alba, with the family amassing prime holdings in the historic Bussia vineyard and beyond. Today, fifth-generation winemaker Claudio Fenocchio manages 14 hectares across heralded MGAs including Cannubi, Villero, and Castellero, producing cult-status Baroli from these prestigious sites. Claudio remains committed to classic techniques with organic farming, long fermentations on the skins, and aging exclusively in large Slavonian oak casks, creating wines of extraordinary terroir clarity.
