About the Winery

Antoniolo is considered the most important reference-point estate in Gattinara, Alto Piemonte, established in 1948 by Mario Antoniolo and now run by Alberto and Lorella Antoniolo. The estate manages 14 hectares of volcanic, mineral-rich vineyards across legendary crus including Osso San Grato (a monopole), San Francesco, and Castelle. Their Gattinara Riserva wines are renowned for structure, pedigree, and decades-long aging potential, with fermentations conducted traditionally in concrete vats with indigenous yeasts and aging in large Slavonian and French oak casks.
