About the Winery

Antonella Piatti is a small certified organic family winery established in 2000 in Mazze, Canavese, managing 1.75 hectares of vineyards. The estate produces Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG in dry, passito, and Metodo Classico versions, alongside Canavese Rosso and Canavese Nebbiolo DOC. All wines are made exclusively from estate-grown grapes using organic methods certified by ICEA, with Erbaluce trained on traditional pergola and red varieties on guyot.
