About the Winery
Adriano Grasso is an organic winemaker in Calosso, between the Langhe and Monferrato, where his family has cultivated vines since the mid-1800s. His 6.5-hectare estate produces Barbera d'Asti DOCG, Calosso DOC from the rare Gamba di Pernice grape, and sparkling wines including 'Adele' Metodo Classico Rose and 'Doro' Moscato Metodo Classico. Grasso is celebrated for reviving ancient native varieties and creating natural wines with indigenous yeasts that authentically express the unique terroir of his hillside vineyards.
