Tombolini
About the Winery
Tombolini is a historic family winery in Staffolo, on the southern side of the classic Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi zone in the Marche, tracing its winemaking roots back to 1944 when Sante Tombolini purchased his first vineyards. Now in its fourth generation under Carlo Tombolini, the 30-hectare estate is dedicated exclusively to Verdicchio and is celebrated for pioneering innovations including the iconic amphora-shaped bottle in the 1950s and temperature-controlled stainless steel vinification in the 1970s.
