About the Winery

Mirizzi is a premium winery founded in 2015 by Gianluca Mirizzi after two decades at the helm of Montecappone, with a mission to express the full potential of Verdicchio through extreme viticulture. The estate's 6 hectares of owned vineyards sit atop a hill in the Classico zone at 300 meters elevation in Cupramontana and Monteroberto, where sandy, yellow soils of Miocene marly sandstone give rise to structured, sun-kissed Verdicchio wines that earned CERVIM recognition for heroic viticulture with slopes averaging over 35%.
