About the Winery
Clara Marcelli is an organic winery in Castorano, in the province of Ascoli Piceno, run by brothers Daniele and Emanuele Marcelli along with their mother Clara and father Raffaele since 2006. The 35-hectare estate, certified organic by IMC, is situated in the gentle hills of the Piceno region just miles from the Adriatic, cultivating Montepulciano, Sangiovese, and Pecorino with spontaneous fermentation and minimal sulfite use to produce wines that faithfully express the southern Marche terroir.
