About the Winery

Cimarelli is a family-run winery in Staffolo, in the heart of the Castelli di Jesi DOC Classico zone, with nearly a century of winemaking heritage passed down through generations. Spanning 10 hectares across the Contrada San Francesco and Contrada Coste districts, the estate cultivates Verdicchio, Montepulciano, and Sangiovese on calcareous-clay soils at elevations of 300 to 400 meters, producing wines that have earned prestigious accolades including Tre Bicchieri from Gambero Rosso.
