Torchio Vitivinicola Biologica is an organic winery in Casalmaggiore, Cremona, established in 2016 on approximately five hectares of vineyards near the Po River. The estate produces Rosso della Valle, a traditional refermented-in-bottle Lambrusco from Lambrusco Maestri grapes grown using organic methods, along with other agricultural products including preserves, honey, and condiments.
