About the Winery

SoloUva is an innovative Franciacorta winery in Coccaglio, Brescia, founded by Giovanni Arcari and now run by Andrea Rudelli as part of the Terra, Uomo, Cielo group. The estate produces around 15,000 bottles annually using its signature Solo Uva method, which avoids all added sugars by harvesting grapes at full phenolic ripeness and refermenting with previously frozen must, resulting in pure, terroir-driven sparkling wines.
