About the Winery

Pavò Franciacorta is a winery in Provaglio d'Iseo, in the heart of the Franciacorta DOCG zone, guided with passion by Ettore Cristini. The estate's name was inspired by a chance encounter with a male peacock in the vineyards, and today the bird symbolizes the regality and beauty that define their wines. Pavò produces elegant Franciacorta DOCG sparkling wines from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, including Brut Riserva, Satèn, and rosé expressions, all crafted according to the strict traditional method.
