Montina Franciacorta
About the Winery
Montina was founded in 1982 by brothers Vittorio, Gian Carlo, and Alberto Bozza in Monticelli Brusati, on the northeastern edge of the Franciacorta region near Lake Iseo. Today the estate spans 70 hectares of vineyards and over 8,000 square meters of underground cellars carved into the hillside, producing approximately 450,000 bottles annually. The winery is housed in a historic 17th-century residence built by Benedetto Montini, and combines winemaking excellence with art, hospitality, and events at Villa Baiana and the first permanent Contemporary Art Gallery in Franciacorta.
